Food service at University Hospital Tübingen is complex: multiple locations, numerous delivery points, and high demands on hygiene, quality, and process reliability.
With the introduction of a new Food Distribution System 2.0, the goal was not only to modernize the hardware—but also the digital control and monitoring of the entire infrastructure.
The objective was to centrally control all induction docking stations, map processes transparently, and detect disruptions at an early stage.
