What is Kibi Scada?
Kibi Scada is a cloud-based IoT platform for monitoring and controlling large-scale kitchens. The system continuously records temperatures, device statuses, and process data, automatically generates HACCP-compliant reports, and alerts in case of deviations. Hosted in Germany, GDPR-compliant, and available in six languages.
Who is Kibi Scada designed for?
Hospitals, hospital networks, large-scale kitchens, catering companies, chain restaurant kitchens, and service partners in commercial kitchen technology. Wherever temperatures, equipment, and processes need to be reliably monitored and documented in compliance with HACCP.
Which manufacturer devices are directly supported?
Directly supported are, among others, MenüMobil, Hupfer, MKN, RATIONAL, WINTERHALTER, VITO, CoolCompact, Shelly, Dragino, and KLAX. Other devices can be connected via open protocols (OPC UA, Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, LoRaWAN).
Is Kibi Scada HACCP-compliant?
Yes. Temperatures are recorded automatically, stored with immutable timestamps, and archived for at least three years in German data centers. The HACCP report generator creates audit-proof PDFs in compliance with EU Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004—ready for use during inspections and internal audits.
How long does implementation take?
A site is typically up and running within a day. ready2go hardware comes pre-configured, sensors are installed in minutes, and configurations are rolled out via the dashboard. Initial training is provided remotely or on-site.
How secure is my data?
Hosting in Germany (Hetzner), AES-256-encrypted VPN connection between devices and cloud, end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.3) for web access. Role- and tenant-based permissions ensure clean separation; every action is logged in the audit log.
What does Kibi Scada cost?
Pricing is based on the number of devices, locations, and selected modules. Starter packages start at €115 per month, and custom licenses can be combined. A free consultation will create a tailored quote.
Which languages does Kibi Scada support?
German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Slovak. Each employee selects their preferred language, and reports can be exported in the respective language—ideal for international catering, healthcare, and retail branch structures.
How does support work?
Personal support by phone and email from the Weslink team. Service and maintenance partners also benefit from the multi-tenant model, which manages multiple customers in a single interface.
